- Extremely high quality of medicine; clear standards but still have autonomy to practice - Opportunities to grow skillset - Feedback results in change, though it can take a while - Manager that cares - Transparent leadership

Cons

- Constant change; it can feel hard to keep up sometimes - Not a place you can coast - can be hard for anyone who wants to show up and do the minimum - Pay structure could be made more clear

Pros

As an early stage company, it is impressive to see how relentless and focused the team here is on building change for the profession. It's impressive to see how many great foundations are already in place to enable that transformation - whether it's the commitment to an extensive doctor onboarding, expansive medical quality anesthesia protocols and other high quality standards of care, or the ongoing development and coaching culture in the clinics. The leaders in clinic and in the support team realize the success of the company is tied to its people, and they're all doing the hard work of transformation for the profession

Cons

It's not perfect, and sometimes, new hires expect everything to already have been figured out. Those who appreciate authenticity, transparency, and a commitment to building change where it's needed will enjoy the culture.

The beginning of the end

Pros

The care team was truly the heart of the company. It was inspiring to work alongside people in the clinics who showed such compassion and dedication every day. Their commitment motivated me to give my best and put in the extra hours. Without the care team, the company simply wouldn’t be what it is today. There’s a few great people on the support team and they know who they are.

Cons

The company sells a vision that doesn’t match reality. New hires are drawn in with promises of culture, growth, and equity, but these are used as substitutes for fair compensation, raises, or bonuses. Leadership is disconnected and communicates poorly, leaving teams in confusion and mid-level management in over their heads—often placed in roles through favoritism rather than merit. Spending is reckless, priorities shift constantly, and the burden falls on employees working 60–70 hour weeks without appreciation or balance. After recent layoffs, the core of the company’s mission and culture feels lost, and the remaining leadership seems adrift.
