- The company presents itself as modern and people-focused, but the day-to-day reality feels far more stressful, inconsistent, and overwhelming than advertised - Workloads and expectations often feel unmanageable and poorly controlled - Instead of any real sense of support, it feels like everyone is simply struggling to survive the pressure and keep up - This constant strain steadily drains morale and completely contradicts the positive image the company promotes

Pros

The quality of care here is better than I expected. The leadership team is attentive and easy to approach. Scheduling is handled well, and communication is prompt and clear when anything changes. There are good learning opportunities, which I really appreciate. The pay and benefits are decent. The environment is pleasant and team-oriented, with everyone working together during busy stretches to make sure care standards are maintained.
