      Good orientation before working cases on your own. Modern and well-maintained facilities. Strong focus on quality care. Kind and dedicated team, no one left without support on busy days. Some managers slow to respond, but generally good communication.

      Pros

      I help manage the flow of appointments by prepping rooms, assisting with exams, and making sure everything is ready for the next patient. Responsibilities are clear -- I know what needs to be done without playing guessing games. The pay range is fair, and having a free membership and discounts for my own pets is a huge pro.

      Not always enough staff to cover everything on busy days.
