A fun, collaborative team that works on interesting challenges - everything from front-end animations, to video encoding, to physical hardware. Transparency, curiosity, and values are a big deal of the company both externally and internally. Also, the fact that you can experience the mission and impact first hand.

Cons

For better or worse, pace is tied to physical world. Too many cute puppies.

Their core values are great. They are striving for work life balance. They're creating tangible growth for veterinary staff that typically have limited growth options.

Cons

It's still a work in progress. It's obvious to see how hard they're trying, but for big goals like these, we need to keep them in focus everyday or they'll be lost.

We are a new company, so we still have many areas in which to grow, but that's not really a bad thing
