4yThank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Listening to our team is one of the most important and impactful things that we do as a business. We do this through regular engagement surveys, office hours, huddles, and team meetings. We recently closed our clinics and took our teams offsite to introduce optimizations to the business that were a direct response to the feedback we have been hearing. We recognize that change is hard and oftentimes takes time to implement, but we couldn't do this without feedback and we commit to continue listening to our teams
