Pros
My first point of contact was with recruiter Trista, and I'm forever grateful that it was, because she was my introduction to this company that I would soon fall head over heels for. Trista is incredibly smart, talented, and kind, and gave me a clear view of Modern's mission, values and goals and also what my potential position would entail. ~ I actually still keep a personalized note on my desk from her because it truly was such a warm and bright beginning.~ From there she set me up for the next step of meeting Modern's HR manager, Cheryl, who is equally as lovely, informative, and clear. It was pretty obvious early on how employees at Modern truly love what they do and feel a strong sense of ensuring that culture remains in tact , along with a very strong work ethic. Shortly after, she connected me with the Virtual Care manager, also Cheryl, who went even further in depth as to what my potential role would be. She was so brilliant and kind as well, and I really felt like I had a pretty clear understanding of Modern's future and where we are going. About a week later I received an offer and the rest is history. Pros: Integrity, integrity, integrity--I am continually mind-blown at the clear intentionality of everyone at Modern. They truly care with heartfelt compassion, are brilliant and unique in truly trailblazing the veterinary field, and are impeccable with their word. They are always looking to improve and one-up themselves and take feedback seriously, so their employees feel seen and heard.

No Cons, just challenge, with frequent new improvements/implementations. But that's a good thing in my book.
