- Passionate and dedicated team of People Operations and TA - Leadership team is very engaged in the organization - Transparent and consistent business updates so that the org understands the strategy behind their rapid growth - Engaged leadership team

Cons

None yet! I would note that the pace on the office team is accelerated because we're trying to accomplish a lot (so it's not for everyone in that way) but if you are passionate about what you do and enjoy a start up environment then it's great.

Friendly co-workers and a healthy sense of work-life balance. I enjoy what I do, and I love that I'm continuously learning. The culture is mission-oriented, so I feel that I'm making a difference day-to-day. The snacks in-office are great, too!

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so you have to be nimble/flexible day-to-day when it pertains to tasks.
