I have loved my time here so far. I discovered Modern Animal because I'd had really challenging (and scary) veterinarian experiences with my puppy at other practices. Modern Animal was not only a great fit for my work experience, but allows me a part of building a better veterinary experience for members and for the staff. It means so much to me to work in a company that is guided by its values and aims to put them into practice daily. And my pup loves it as much as I do. As we work to grow and figure out the best way forward, I'm so amazed and thankful to be surrounded with people who are doing their parts to improve the industry, one step at a time. My time here has also been filled with so much growth and learning and I really feel supported in building a career path that I want. Part of being a start up is solving complex problems and thinking for the future. Our growth as a company and even as a Brand team has encouraged/pushed me to level up in so many ways, and is making me smarter, more nimble, and more experienced in my field every day.
