      - Busy days, but it’s not chaotic -- you usually know what you’re walking into - Doctors and techs work together well and everyone’s happy to help - The tools and equipment are modern, which saves a lot of time - Pay and benefits are competitive, and time off is treated like a normal part of working, not a favor - Great training and plenty of chances to learn from more experienced coworkers

      Really special group of people -- supportive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to providing the best animal care. Everyone ready to go the extra mile when there's too much to do. Clean and properly equipped clinic. Management receptive to feedback.

      Pros

      I really like my coworkers – a few of them have become very close friends, and the rest are always a pleasure to be around. The positive mindset here makes a big difference. Managers are involved and respond quickly, especially if something needs clarifying. The training helps you adjust quickly. The hourly pay rate and benefits are solid.
