Everyone is beyond overworked because the company doesn't understand how much work anything is. They think they can go 200 miles per hour and brag nonstop about how great they are. A small circle of employees just pat each other on the back over and over and give each other merit awards.

There are a lot of downsides, but the management won't listen to what you say anyway. They will gaslight you and turn it around on you. You can come to them with how you are feeling, and give them solutions on how to help, but they will not work with you. They will tell you to use one of the apps they sponsor and they will tell you to suck it up for the most part. They don't care about the staff and will run them into the ground. From a client standpoint, the place is great, but from an employee standpoint, you're just a pawn in a money-making game. You will never leave this place at your scheduled clock-out time. They will push the clinic and staff into doing treatments/procedures before the faculty/staff are ready.
