      The HR team will often make false promises (happened to multiple employees for various things) and do nothing to fix them. If you are a referral or friend of a lead, then you are okay to make many mistakes or work less than others with no repercussions but if you are not, be prepared to feel as though your job is on the line for every mistake. You are paid less when you work remotely purely due to the fact that they believe you do less work since you are at home. Very, very little diversity.

      Hypocritical GP hospital management

      Decent idea, just executed poorly in terms of employee care and management.

      Cons

      Acts high and mighty when preaching about acting “different” and “breaking away” from common negative stereotypes found in vetmed. Unfortunately, the environment and management is just like any other general practice.
