Modern Animal reviews

This is the THIRD time I’ve tried to make a review for Modern Animal. Glassdoor even posted my review and then removed it with no explanation. If you notice the pattern of reviews you can clearly see problem and Glassdoor has been informed but they simply didn’t care. Everything negative thing said about Modern Animal in the review is 100% true. This is a shady company ran by shady people. Gaslighting, manipulation, lies, toxic positivity. Upselling and getting more money out of people is the only thing this company truly cares about…

There's zero chance for career growth. Leaders will come up with a ton of excuses for why you can't be promoted or grow, despite them pitching amazing growth opportunities when you're interviewng. There's a ton of favoritism -(in my opinion) friends of upper management will get promoted and given opportunities they do not deserve. I beg you, if you are considering working here, do not do it! It is nearly impossible to grow and you'll be shuffled around and given no resources to do your job right. There is a culture of gaslighting, bullying, and manipulation. It is my opinion that there is a level of favoritism that gives some people opportunities and not others - the leadership on the Growth Team is a great example of this. I wouldn't be surprised if this review gets taken down since I'm saying that, but that's my personal opinion only. I'm sure you'll notice that for every bad review two great ones pop up, so it's also my opinion that some reviews are being posted for PR and again, I won't be surprised if this gets somehow reported and taken down.... Modern Animal has, in my opinion, found a way to ignore any negative feedback so this is another example.
