Good coworkers, and the company vehicle is provided.

Cons

Management made the job more difficult than it needed to be. Little support, employees are pushed to produce the maximum while not rewarded for doing so. Too small of a company to have much room to grow. Pay hardly ever increases.

Decent money to start but no annual cost of living increase. Good benefits. Monthly bonuses. Company vehicle and gas card. Ok amount of holidays.

Cons

Company uses up the technicians by pushing them way to hard then throws them away. Long hours that go unrecognized and very poor people skills by most of management team.
