      Bad place to work and Unrealistic Leadership Management

      Pros

      Great facility. Free food but its a trap for lunch meetings and no break. 90% medical/dental coverage, standard (3%) 401k coverage.

      Cons

      Company is headed in the wrong direction lately. Worst Senior Directors in QA, leading to unrealistic timelines. No technical knowledge and no understanding of true GMP. 50-60 hrs week is very normal, and no work-life balance. Late night emails to show their ongoing progress. Speed is the excuse for everything. Quality is the biggest team onsite and they make all decisions, without any technical knowledge. Hiring more reviewers, no technical experts.

      Great location, nice office, plenty of food and drinks.

      Cons

      Management is really tough on RAs, they're expected to be in the office very early and not to leave until very late, they are pushed incredibly hard and rewarded little

      Benefits, growth & opportunity, “saving the world”

      Cons

      Expectation of 60-95 hour weeks Inadequate staffing Toxic, manipulative environment in some areas, not all intentional blindness to risk **currently conducting layoffs disguised as unsuccessful PIPs stemming from performance reviews containing blatantly fabricated information. 25% layoff in my department, although CEO recently committed to nearly doubling the size of the company this year.
