I've had four managers in the last year. - A tendency to shift projects only to the new people who have come on board the last few months - A disparaging attitude to people who have been with the company more than a year - no ability to meet weekly with managers, or to give annual feedback on manager skill -- so bad ones keep getting lauded or promoted - high level of burnout and frustration: this place will use you up and then not care - Despite growth in headcount, they only hire from the outside. Jobs are frequently not posted internally so they can bring in outside recruits
