Great benefits, great PTO, Great Company Holidays

Cons

Managers do not have soft skills. Managers are not people oriented. Many SOPs and training material lack depth. Turnover is extremely high due to lack of ability to work with different cultures. One mistake and you are finished at Moderna no matter how small or trivial that mistake might be.

1. management is not well thought of due to incompetence. 2. managers all want to be VPs even though they cannot manage who they have today. 3. culture is toxic and becoming worse. does not reflect stated values. 4. managers are not truthful, do not communicate. 5. leadership do not make decisions, they drive staff to surface way forward which causes confusion and resentment. 6. arrogance in leadership is rampant, no respect for staff expertise, leads to ineffective use of resources, causing staff to want to leave. 7. this is not just growing pains, there are real problems with current management behaviors. very little trust in leadership and management

exciting place given expansions and future outlook

Cons

worked with a particular VP who was charged with implementing a large-scale transformation. Had an obligation to prove herself and placed a lot of downward pressure. While she brought a lot of energy to the program - she was often rude, passive agressive, agressive-agressive, created stressful working atmosphere, and was preferential and obvious with her preferences
