great for non-minorities. Free lunch

Cons

100% ignorant of good/hardworking individuals. Fear mongering, total bias against people of color and unrealistic! Only promote if you are certain individuals with political push behind you. Work hard and get thrown under the bus. Constant back biting and extremely toxic culture!

Not a good place to work. Unrealistic timelines to get things done in fast paced timelines. Inexperienced directors in Quality is one of the major drawback of the product outcome.
