There are a couple toxic "leaders" in the HR department. Not only does bad behavior go unchecked, but it's rewarded! As long as you're fake, go along with whatever you're told (no matter the ethics) and throw others under the bus, you'll succeed here. What happens to the employees who give constructive feedback or raise concerns? Their jobs are suddenly "eliminated". Even though shortly after, these roles that were deemed "eliminated", are backfilled with external talent. A true retaliatory culture. If you're one of the favorites of a certain individual, the sky is the limit in terms of career progression. If you are not liked by this individual, they will slowly begin to push you out or eliminate your role altogether. If the culture is this toxic in the HR department, imagine at a company wide level!! Besides this, the business outlook for Moderna is not great. The turnover at the executive level is very concerning.
