      Pros

      Location, benefits, capital, free lunch, hyper growth means lots of job opportunities. Cool science. some very close-knit teams.

      Cons

      Employees are generally overworked. Very poor work/life balance for most. Toxic office politics. They have lost a lot of really great, effective people.

      Benefits provided by the company for life outside of the office are very good. Provides an abundance of industry experience Solid technology within the industry to remain competitive

      Cons

      Extreme workload in addition to long hours are needed to meet deadlines Upward mobility is rarely seen and often more advanced positions are reserved for external hiring job descriptions do not reflect expectations or responsibilities and people are constantly rotated into roles they were not hired for.

      Startup biotech company with LOTS of opportunities for process & process improvements

      Cons

      No processes are in place. Most roles and tasks are subcontracted out so most tools don't work. Narcissistic leadership. Decision making matrix is very narrow. Culture is ego driven with inability to make and own decisions.
