Good benefits, no work-life balance, fast pace environment
Pros
Benefits are good - free lunch, parking, occasional moderna gear, performance/anual bonuses, additional bonuses based on how well the company is doing, and celebrations. it's a place where you can grow as a recent college grad.
Cons
some teams expect you to work 40+ hours and if you don't, they make you feel bad. Management themselves work 50-70hrs a week. Unreal expectations, toxic work environment, no clear communication between groups, lack of collaboration, horrible management (unless you're lucky), executives expect you to do anything/everything you can just so they can release products on time to meet their bonuses. Don't get me wrong, it was fun for a while until they started hiring random people who don't fit into the culture or know what they are doing which ultimately hinders the culture/employees. HR talent acquisition team is the worst - will literally BLOCK you from switching departments to further your career, its either stay in your current position or leave the company as a whole.
