The stock was pumped up nicely

Cons

Culture is non-existence! Mid-level manager was from academic lab and knows little of industries. Most programs are useless. Leaders like to hear gossips when considering promotions. Good suggestions were shrugged off and creates a very hostile environment that needs to be addressed.

Cons

Poor work/life balance, everything is treated like a trade secret or tribal knowledge, no private work spaces, everyone from senior management to the most junior employee is 2-faced and will stab you in the back or use you to make themselves look good
