      Lack of transparency and poor messaging from Senior Leaders Chaotic work culture Difficult work/life balance Unclear expectations, unrealistic timelines and frequently changing objectives Career advancement opportunities/Hiring are, from a perspective, driven by cronyism and nepotism

      Pros

      - Good base salary and good differential - Decent incentives for all shifts expect third (lunches, events, food trucks) - Teams usually become very tight-knit and the type of work facilitates bonding.

      Cons

      - More likely to have a bad supervisor than a good one - Senior management is not experienced in running large scale MFG or creating a production schedule that reflects current equipment capabilities, material inventory, or available staff. -Training is all over the place. Sometimes really great and sometimes really horrible. -Communication between shifts, teams, and management is poor. -Different shifts usually try to get one another in trouble for things rather than working together to figure out solutions. -3rd shift gets shafted when it comes to lunch and other Moderna incentives. -Required trainings are often not provided during all shift hours. - A lot of young inexperienced employees = High school clique style culture

      Great benefits, great PTO, Great Company Holidays

      Cons

      Managers do not have soft skills. Managers are not people oriented. Many SOPs and training material lack depth. Turnover is extremely high due to lack of ability to work with different cultures. One mistake and you are finished at Moderna no matter how small or trivial that mistake might be.
