Management is not supportive and does not listen when concerns are raised. Management and colleagues will blame everyone but themselves when something does not work out the way they hoped. The majority of people here feel incredibly entitled and that their position makes them better than others. If you dare ask a question or for clarification you’ll be called stupid and ridiculed to your face and behind your back.
