Not a warm and fuzzy culture, I find most people don’t talk to each other at the office. New policy of having to be in the office 70% of time, so my fear is they will lose talented working parents, those with disabilities, etc. very much a startup grind mentality which wears most people down after a year or two.

People are promoted to leadership positions with little or no experience, which makes them incompetent and ineffective in their roles, especially when managing people working under them. Bosses are typically unavailable and due to lack of awareness of what is happening in their groups, prone to bad decision-making. Potential employees seeking a new place to work that is harmonious and provides a strong platform for professional growth, including adequate training and strong leadership, should not work here. Alternatively, potential employees looking for a new salary and title without having to work all that hard to attain it, with a high tolerance for no work-life balance and little recognition from leadership, and with a willingness to travel onsite to the headquarters in Boston frequently (every 1-3 months) despite being a "fully remote" employee might be able to work here longer than others.
