Hands down the leadership. They seem to live in an alternate reality. They're completely out of touch with what the worker bees are doing. They foster a fear-based culture, couldn't care any less about supporting, growing, and developing their employees because to them it's a waste of time. Just do your work no matter how long it takes. Structure, plans, organization, processes are considered wastes of time. Power and money are what leadership values above all else. It is a truly dysfunctional company led by dysfunctional leaders.
