Moderna offers excellent pay and benefits, especially in the U.S. There are amazing people who make the workplace enjoyable once you’re settled in.

Cons

The poor work-life balance leads to employees experiencing high levels of anxiety and depression, often requiring leaves of absence. This, in turn, increases the workload for those who remain.

Cons

there is a Pre-covid "in crowd" and everyone else. ego's are through the roof and some leaders are just mean people.
