Pay is on the higher end comparatively. The science holds real potential to change lives.

Cons

Poor senior management, lack of transparency, and no work-life balance, coupled with unclear vision from the top-down. The company is at a different point of the capital lifecycle, but has the same stale leadership at its helm.

High Salary & bonus; exciting mRNA platform, great buildings, people genuinely trying to innovate

Cons

Most swirl and decision swirl and flipping I’ve seen in my 23 years in Biotech; Only CEO and a few close to him make ALL decisions, sr management doesn’t listen to employees, they hire well-qualified people and don’t respect or listen to them; research dominates development and commercial is not valued

Best benefits I ever had, but I will say they came at a cost as during covid you were expected to sell your soul to the devil to get the "vaccine" out the door.

Cons

Leadership uses the word "pivot" constantly, which basically means they have no idea what they are doing since the strategy changes on a daily basis. Favoritism for the old guard only, backstabbing management. Sadly many good people worked there, that were scared away or kicked to the curb.
