benefits and pay were good, tho they cut more benefits each year.

Cons

horrible management, lots of people politics, toxic work culture. no work life balance at all. they will question you why you aren't working hard enough. then blame you if things go wrong

Cons

Company doesn't have department and group level stable plans for the year or the quarter. Strategic directions change all the time that employees are discouraged to work as they know their hard work will be tossed away in a few months in such a dynamic environment. Middle management only cares about pleasing and meeting upper management demands, no career building or guidance to people who work on the ground. Company only cares about results but not people. Overall very toxic environment.

Inexperienced top management that uses "pivot fearlessly" as an excuse when they screw up and need to change direction (again).
