      Pros

      There are some terrific people working here. If you're in the right group, you can learn a lot from colleagues.

      Cons

      This company has a cult-like feel that clearly favors good-looking white people. On the surface they appear to be innovative and forward thinking, but they're sloppy and unprofessional on so many levels. Be warned if you're well educated and ambitious cause it's likely you'll be overqualified for this place. They're growing too fast and can't focus on getting things done properly.

      beware the return to office BS

      reasonable work life balance. no overtime required

      Cons

      lame return to office policy. was promised remote work. sounds like Dan is selling out to the investors and that's causing this policy to go into effect. booooo. low pay, false promises of salaries constantly bring re-evaluated to market standards. you'll be lucky to get a 3% salary bump on average, and will have to pull teeth just to even get considered for a larger salary bump. the office is nice as far as offices so, but no one wants an office in 2023. they're doing this to have people quit without formally doing layoffs. they should just fire the people they can't afford or reduce the salaries of the elite leadership who rake in the millions instead of having everyone play this lame game of who wants to actually be stuck in an office 40 hours a week.

      Pros

      Our company was purchased by Modernizing Medicine. I have seen some good benefit perks for working for a 500+ employee company and also lost the personal touch of working for a smaller 120 employee company. Company is growing and looks like good career opportunity, but it almost seems too fast, could be 'to hot, to fast'. I am still evaluating the situation.

      Cons

      The Boca office is a very noisy atmosphere, like being in a classroom of elementary kids while the teacher is away. You cant hide out all day in one of the side offices to get your work done. Mid management seem to listen but nothing ever gets past them, kind of confusing.
