      Pros

      I love coming to work everyday. I have clear expectations that have been outlined by management who support us. And the free luches, beverages, monthly happy hour, and other incentives are an added bonus!

      Cons

      Not Mod Med's fault, but the commute from West Palm stinks!

      Pros

      Great team structure in my department. I feel like my Manager has my back at all times and I can always count on my coworkers for help if I have questions. Great benefits included. Also get catered meals at the boca campus twice a week and breakfast on fridays. Working treadmills and zen room are cool too! Best job I've ever had. Amazing people and culture.

      Cons

      I love my job but it is answering suuport questions all day. Which is totally fine because it's what I signed up for. I guess the calls can be a little difficult at times because some clients might not be the nicest. But as long as you keep a positive attitude, the job is great. Managers and colleagues definitely help if there is an issue.

      Modernizing medicine is one of the fastest growing companies in South Florida. There great opportunities for growth for employees with the right attitude and drive.

      Cons

      Startup that has grown quickly and suffers some growing pains. Management structure is still very flat and there is little incentive for people to take ownership of solving problems.
