Pros
I always feel fully supported by my immediate manager and our department manager. Our team is very tight knit despite growing IMMENSELY in a short amount of time. I have a very clear understanding of what is expected of me and I am given resources and support to accomplish my tasks. My goals are supported by my manager and I am encouraged to achieve them. I have accomplished more at this job than I ever thought I was capable of and a large part of that is because of my peers and superiors. The benefits package is very robust and suits my needs, and the needs of my family, incredibly well. I am so grateful for all of the work that has gone into selecting the insurance and other benefits plans for us. The culture in the company is awesome! I was a user of this product before I came to work for the company but as soon as I learned more about the culture, I knew I wanted to be part of it. In my experience, they are progressive, they are exciting, they are always striving to be the best and everyone I have come in contact with really embodies the ideals of the company. It's an amazing feeling to work very day with people who WANT to come to work!
Cons
There is a lack of communication from some departments that makes the work, particularly my team's, more difficult than it probably should be. That being said, it's not insurmountable and hopefully will improve with some workflow tweaks.
