      Pros

      Work stays interesting with the company's constant growth cycles. Lots of benefits and the open door policy with the executives is a great addition.

      Cons

      The plus side of having challenging, interesting work is that you are always overwhelmingly busy. Also, some of the perks they like to tout are terrible - the catered lunches for example, are almost inedible. Though they are appreciated, if some of the feedback was taken in, those resources could be used in a way to better suit the employees.

      I have been working at Modernizing Medicine for just about 4 years and can honestly say that it is truly an amazing company.

      Cons

      As I said I have been here for almost 4 years and can say nothing negative about the company. It may be hard for some to believe but I say this with total confidence.

      The snacks and beverages are nice.

      Cons

      1. The water filters are filthy and need to be cleaned. We are reduced to bringing our own water or drinking sugary beverages. 2. Working in product management has been the worst experience of our lives. Constant verbal abuse by the top tier bosses. There is no personal respect for employees. Constant threats to be terminated for no reason. The department is run as a dictatorship. It is so bad, that many have transferred out of the department or left the company all together. A very clique atmosphere has developed. Making sure that everyone else that is in the department that the leadership team didn't personally pick, is ostracized. The environment is hostile. 3. The lunch at the Boca office is inedible.
