      There are many opportunities for advancement and growth within ModMed. The company's culture is amazing, and the benefits package is exceptional. I have enjoyed my time at ModMed and have appreciated the management and leadership of my team. ModMed is a big believer in work-life balance and I appreciate this more than anything.

      Its a fast growing company.

      Cons

      Unless you know someone, or someone really likes you, you don't get promoted or equal salary. I was lucky to have shown my skills to the previous VP who offered me the promotion, but due to the high churn rate in our department, they squeezed him out. Now, it seems their "flexible work schedule" has become not so flexible and they are picking and choosing what applies to whom.
