      Pros

      Little to no supervision. You're free to come and go as you please.

      Cons

      There isn't any room for growth at Modernizing Medicine. I doubt anyone is fooled when their promotion consists of the word senior being added to their title and no increase in pay. They don't offer stock options. They condone a culture of fear when there is no one you can talk to internally that you can trust with your privacy.

      Pros

      The benefits are some of the best I have seen. Lots of free food, drinks, and snacks. Monthly happy hour.

      Cons

      If you don't drink the Kool-Aid you have no future. Recognize only those who think like they do.
