      Was a very good Company when I joined a few years back...

      Cons

      ...but the recent Executive moves are leading to chaos at all levels. The long time employees that were pillars are leaving one after the other, replaced by "friends" or other employees with little qualifications and/or outsourced overseas. The extravaganza displayed in the past including the major cost renovating an office that nobody wants to go back to are now causing hiring freeze, well deserved promotions are put on hold, etc....

      Cons

      Management positions are not earned, but politics and favoritism dictate who gets promoted. Most managers are under qualified and have zero soft skills. There is hardly any onboarding process, so you will be on your own and set up for failure. If you go to HR for support/assistance/guidance, you will not be heard. In fact they will cover up and side with management on all accounts. They under pay because they cater lunches, and sell a dream that isn't realistic. You are a better off taking your talents to a company that Actually cares for its employees

      culture, team, management, pay, product, growth, career path and work life balance is all top of the line

      Cons

      at worst on one or two days a month, I work an extra hour or two
