Pros

Opportunity to grow was amazing, coworkers are amazing, headquarters are amazing, benefits are great, opportunity to make money is great, coworker set are awesome!

Cons

Had a sense company was going down hill and then they had a MASSIVE layoff that affected a lot of the people I use to work with. Politics and favoritism are EVIDENT once you start going up the ladder. Very money hungry and greedy people and it honestly seems like a sinking ship.

Good PTO, work is doable, no micro management

Cons

- Absolutely no growth/career path - Leadership is highly unqualified and under values strong workers - No actual KPI’s or development planning - Popularity contest - LOW pay especially for tenured employees - No investment in onboarding - Inconsistent and inefficient SOP
