They don't like to hire Americans

it pays a salary of money

Cons

they like to hire foreigners for jobs they coulda had Americans do. Americans not good enough for you? Tough - show some patriotism and love of the nation that let you be big in the first place. Settle and let Americans grow, assuming their ability really were less. But in reality, it's not. Just greedy private equity firms this company keeps being bought/sold by.

The peers and people I met were amazing

Cons

The department discriminates against those who genuinely try to make an impact. The pay is below market value and the responsibilities within the job descriptions do not align with the job itself. Many responsibilities are thrown upon their agents. They hold people to unrealistic expectations which causes major turnover in the departments. This company has displayed a toxic culture for years on end. The inappropriate behavior displayed by the higher-ups in support is very concerning.
