      I had such high hopes, but they were all crushed

      Pros

      The free lunch and breakfast once a week.

      Cons

      I took a demotion for this position after working in the exact same industry for 6 years for their direct competitor. They promised me that they do not hire sales managers from outside the company and many other things. In one year they hired 5 managers from outside of the company while I outsold my manager 3 of 4 quarters. Decisions in the sales Dept are not made w/ logic.

      No BS hustle mentality, everything is great, call call call, micromanagement and stress Managers care about you and help everyone reach universal targets and make us all better helps that we have an awesome EHR system to sell that is top tier
