Pros

They offer lunch 2 times a week and bagels on Friday mornings. The offer pretty good health insurance. The pay is average. There are a lot of hard workers here who are trying hard.

Cons

Do not mention to anyone if you have an illness or disability. It is held against you. They do not accommodate disabilities, and if you ask, you are questioned. There isn't even handicap parking spaces for employees or guests. If you have an issue and bring it up to HR or your boss, they do not keep it secret. They also let all other executives and bosses know of your issues or problems or shortfalls, even when it is none of their business. It is held against you. You are treated differently. You are an outcast. Probably the reason you cannot trust most on the management level is because most came from another company together. They stick together and only help each other. Modernizing Medicine is the new Campus.

Pros

A sales job here will teach you the value of patience and make you appreciate your next opportunity that much more. Plus they have free lunch once a week.

Cons

This was the biggest disappointment I have experienced in my entire career. The treatment of sales employees by management is shameful at best. Management has an uncanny ability to tune out everything they don't want to hear despite how true they are. Credit goes up the ladder and blame is scattered below without fail.

Pros

Schedule is a little flexible. Monthly partes are nice. Lots of training. Many people who want to do a good job, and could in the right place. Salaries are ok.

Cons

Always trying to convince employees, investors, and the media it's a great company. It's on huge TVs everywhere. Violations of lots of laws like denying breaks and not enough bathrooms. Employees asked what their religion was. Sexism. Company survey answers lied about in presentation. Creepy obsession around CEO. A big focus on blame instead of fixing things. Too many meetings to brag sales numbers and new funding. All meetings are too often, too long, and have too many people. No stock or profit sharing to most employees. Favoritism. Politics. Obsessed with secrets. Incompetent management. High turnover. Very trendy. Very loud environment. Free food is mostly sugary garbage. Too many people get way too drunk at the parties and act badly. Employees treated like children.
