All in all a good place to work. For the most part, management is promoted from within so they're knowledgeable and capable. Co-workers were a great group of people to work with.

Cons

I didn't feel that training and personal development activities were emphasized strongly enough.

The culture is great. Everybody is nice. I haven't come across someone that doesn't help to answer any questions

Cons

Relatively low pay. The stock crashed while I was working and about 50 people were laid off. The drive from Milwaukee is quite a hike.
