      Okay place to work.

      Pros

      Pay was on par with local market. Many employees care about their jobs and strive to do their best.

      Cons

      Expected hours were excessive at times. Very difficult to hire and keep people. Management was often changing direction which led to confusion among many employees/departments.

      Flexible - remote vs office options Benefits same as any place else - no better or worse Decent salary, fairly clean environment

      Cons

      Not what you know but who you know mentality. You will not elevate in any position unless you bow down to management. Basically, you will be stuck in a position for years unless you suck up regardless of education. People with high school educations are making promotion decisions on people with degrees.

      The company is very unorganized, they come up with rules as they go, and they makes sure you have no life outside of Modine.
