Engineering managers are cliquey. Hard to connect if not similar tot them.

Very good pay, good at a corporate solid level, excellent benefits.

Cons

Good old kiss up company, too much fratinazation. Management has no idea what floor is doing. Poor timekeeping , policy.

Overtime, when you don't want it. Getting yelled at for overtime you didn't ask to work. You can never do enough for these people.

Cons

Micro managing middle management, asked to provide solutions for quality issues when an answer is given it's just ignored. Quality is on decline.
