Little to no help or encouragement to climb the ladder. Meetings with customers are held via phone teleconference at your desk. What this means is you can hear 2 to 4 people in neighboring cubicles talking in the same meeting. That can be distracting, please get a conference room. Cubicles are like a prison cell with 5 foot walls and the cubicle layout is like a mouse maze. You might like this for privacy but it does not help promote togetherness or teamwork.

They did NOT care about their employees. They paid very poorly and they were not flexible with your work/life balance. The building that I worked in was extremely outdated.
