      Pros

      The company culture of my department was extremely laid back and welcoming, but I hear the culture in other departments is very strict. My personal experience has been great but there are still horror stories from other departments

      Cons

      The pay is average with no performance incentives or stock options. The commute for employees who do not live in Racine is pretty rough since the campus is 20 minutes away from the interstate. The interior is also a depressing maze of beige cubicles.

      Pros

      Base pay is fair for area and industry, benefits are decent. Many holidays off. No pressure to work overtime, people are nice. Growth and transfer opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Top-heavy, tone-deaf leadership. Sweeping job cuts and a doubtful future in Racine means dismal employee morale. Slow, unclear processes hamper tasks and projects. Large business decisions now revolve around the stock instead of customers, employees, or products. Lack of employee events.

      Flexible work schedule, good benefits.

      Cons

      Internal processes are slow and behind the times. Internal communication is not so great. Matrix organization at the lowest levels of the company make it hard to get things done sometimes.
