      Pros

      - Plenty to do and learn - Work isn't hard - Get some down time between working depending on how you pace yourself - Overtime and plenty of it

      Cons

      - If you are slow, management will take notice, so you always have to be on toes - If you get behind on one thing, everything else you have to do will be slowed down - Can't stay away from work area too long or else you might be piled up on work

      The people that work there are great from the management on down.

      Cons

      pay could be better no sick time attendance is on a point system which sucks since you dont get paid sick leave if you or a family member is sick more than a few days then you would be in trouble and might lose your job. vacation is only 40 hrs for the first 2 years
