The people at Modine are fantastic. I really enjoy working with them. Have a great atmosphere.

My Modine experience.

Pros

The company takes care of its employees. The supervisors and managers are leaders, not just bosses. They really get to know you and your concerns and they help you strive in your job if you give them a chance.

Cons

Despite being a great company to work for, they have a very strict attendance policy. If you miss a few days to close together you're toast.

Pros

Company is big, but not too big. Very friendly group of people, solid benefits. Let's interns travel to the plant to get hands on experience which is invaluable. Hires interns full-time frequently.

Cons

Most of the people high up in the company have been with the company for 15-20 years. Not necessarily a bad thing, they clearly just want the people in those positions to have a long history with the company.
