I had my own office and I liked the employees I worked with. No other pros.
Cons
No room to grow. Performance not measured. Management isn't concerned with employee welfare in the least. Management creates dilemma and brings chaos to the flow. Employee concerns not heard. Dull and boring environment, no celebrations, no rewards, no recognition, no incentives and terrible benefits.

Executive leadership disconnected from each other and their teams, making knee jerk reactions instead of developing a strategy, sharing with employees how to reach it, and sticking to it.

The culture is great at Modine. Our CEO makes it a point to know everyone's name and learn something about each employee. He's warm, welcoming and truly cares about the employees and success of Modine. I feel that you can give your opinion about something and know that your opinion will be valued and considered. It's a "warm" environment, with many great people.
Cons
I don't think Modine is moving fast enough to keep up with the changing workforce at times. Younger employees expect different ways to work and different benefits. We can't continue with the same hard and soft benefits and expect to attract great talent. I think we're old school in that regard.

environment. no a/c so very hot in the summer. management and communication leaves some to be desired especially since a division was made in the company
