pay could be better no sick time attendance is on a point system which sucks since you dont get paid sick leave if you or a family member is sick more than a few days then you would be in trouble and might lose your job. vacation is only 40 hrs for the first 2 years

Hard to see ways to improve, did not keep up with pay

Management is always restructuring and so it is hard to have continuity at the higher levels

Terrible supervisors and managers. This company does not promote or hire the right people to lead and train new employees.
