No learn much, just do part over and over again but easy. No OT in most departments because they always hire new people to many.. (depends good or bad).

Management is mostly inexperienced college hires. Plant leaders act more like prison wardens trying to catch you doing something wrong instead of trying to help you do your job. Lots of quality issues with parts that supervisors pass even when it is brought to their attention. Does not feel like a team environment, it’s every man for himself. Lack of training protocols so it is hard to learn everything you need to know to do your job right.
