Pros

Modineer is growing and expanding. Headquarters recently moved into a beautiful new building in Niles, MI. We are buying new equipment to improve our processes. And paying our employees a competitive wage.

Cons

Past reputation is hard to get over - but we are working on it

Pros

The pay is decent and you get 2 weeks PTO after 1 year.

Cons

The insurance is subpar. Management is subpar. No sick days, so that 2 weeks of pto is gonna be used up pretty quickly.
